My headaches during Covid-19 outbreak scare

Many countries face the Covid-19 outbreak and it looks we will be in this over the long haul. I consider what are my worries and what should I do?
- How can I do things in a way that minimizes risk of infection and overcome this situation?
I am taking maternity leave and I will go back to work in April. My son will start going to nursery but my daughter’s elementary school is in emergency closure. My husband and I have to leave the children while we work and we use public transportation. As nurseries and after school shave many children, they may have a risk of getting infected. How can I deal with these risks? - Insufficient exercise and education
During school closure, exercise and studying are the charge of parents. Every day I teach, cook, and take my children to the park for refreshing. However it cannot be for long. - What will happen to humans?
Some specialists said if people do not have immunity, 70% of people will become infected. Vaccine development takes a few years. Even if these are a bit more promising numbers, however the current world situation is depressing.
While many specialists are struggling to solve this Covid-19 outbreak, I would like to do as follows;
- Avoid going to crowded areas.
- Wash hands, wear a mask and monitor the health.
- Try to live a regular life with exercise.
- Find what I can do, keep working, and contribute to economic activity.
